Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

We hope you love your blanket as much as we loved creating it!

“Well this delightful bassinet rug has been a constant companion for my granddaughter since she was born. Her parents race so it’s been to all the races they go too and kept her comfy all night . The price is good for the product, the customer service is amazing ,the time frame is absolutely fantastic , and the delivery was prompt. Since then I have bought the second rug which I will review too.”
