We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

Hi, unfortunately I had a negative experience with this company as a repeat customer. Their order form provides a box to insert details of an order if it is a gift and to be shipped to a different address than the billing address. My order erroneously was delivered to my address and not the gift recipient. Despite this, there was no offer to rectify the situation, and I had to be out of pocket to repost the item. Disappointing customer service.

I ordered the signature personalised blanket with arctic blue and eggshell. The online representation of the arctic blue is not a true reflection of the final product in blanket form. It is a bright sky blue. Thread the word have confirmed what i already know, that colours can appear different on screen however this is so different their representation is inaccurate and misleading. The colours are not even similar. Will be ordering elsewhere for a blanket to match the colours i need as I am not happy with purchase. If ordering, best to get them to send a photo of the thread colours, which they did after my complaint and it is clearly a bright blue not a muted blue as per their online sample

No idea what your product is like. Has taken over a month due to shipping problems. I understand it isnt your fault, but when raised it has taken over 2 weeks to get a resolution and in that time I had to get another gift and no longer get need your product. Instead of asking me about it, your team has just put the order thru again. I would have asked for either a blank blanket or one w a different name. I wasn't given an option

Product was good but be careful. After purchase, you will get inundated with marketing emails. There were so many that I contacted them requesting them to stop. To their credit the emails stopped but they didnt seem to care for the polite constructive comment I provided.

You sent my gift to me, after I rang to ensure it would go straight to my son and DIL’s house! They live 90mins from us, and I have trouble driving that distance…..I was very upset, as our premature grandson, needs heating up in himidicribs, and needed this little blanket…..

I was disappointed it was not the large dots. I had rung to check that it was the same as one given to my daughter 12 months ago and was told it was but that wasn’t true when it arrived

I received my beautiful blanket and all I wanted was a name on it but got a blanket with dates and weight etc that are not related to my granddaughter. So I can’t use the blanket

The knitted blanket wording was very pixelated and blurry. When I contacted customer service I was told this was normal - perhaps worth mentioning in the product description as the preview was flawless. I would not have purchased if I had of known it was “normal” for the writing to be incredibly blurry

Hi Nina, Our blankets are knitted with 100% cotton, we use no ink or harmful chemicals. Yes are pixilated, this is because there are only around 350 pixels along with the width of a blanket, however they are not blurry. Blurry is what happens when you take a photo while your hand is shaking. Please add a photo of your blanket here so we can see what your blanket looks like. FYI We knit our blankets with 100% cotton yarn so they are as natual as they come. There is no printing process involved. If you want a 'smooth' blanket you need buy a printed blanket. Would you want your baby in a blanket printed with inks? If your not satisfied with our product we can provide a full refund. Please email our team and we will arrange a return label. thank you Peter

Sorry but am not happy as we have received the incorrect order with some other babies name on it. Currently trying to sort with you all. Please see the photos as requested that I emailed through to your company this afternoon of what we received with wrong baby name as on original invoice.
