Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“So in love with our blanket! After struggling to find the right company I stumbled across Thread the word and purchased an initial blanket for my son, it arrived and the colour, texture, quality and details were perfect so I jumped online and ordered a second blanket for my daughter. Very happy with our purchases, highly recommend and would purchase again!!”

“This was the fourth time I've ordered a newborn/cot blanket. Each family has loved the snuggly personalised blanket. The two year old loves the fact it's got her name on it. ( easy to wash and feels soft on the skin)”
