Hi There Thank you for your review and for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. We are sorry that this order was not up to your expectations. I have looked into this and can see that you ordered a Poor Condition Single Card. I can see that our support team have contacted you regarding this and has explained that we go off what CardMarket go with their grading system "cards which have been inked must be sold as poor" The product in question was put down as poor for this. We once again are sorry that this is not up to your standards, we have this article on our Site https://totalcards.net/pages/faq/card-conditions-and-their-meanings which shows how we grade these. Again we understand that this is frustrating and we will make sure that your feedback is brought up. “Unfortunetly they dont seem to fit the polemon cards easy, struggle to get them in and can potentially quite easily damage the card”

“Yes, I really like the cheerful atmosphere in the store. The discounts on all the products and the enthusiastic attitude of everyone make me happy. I can buy happily when the price-performance ratio is good. Only 30% of people are willing to spend hundreds of pounds for their hobby, and 70% are willing to explain patiently and have a kind attitude. I also hope that friends who have already mastered the cards can do their part, that is, submit the cards in batches. I am waiting happily, haha.”
