“Awesome and my favourite place to buy board games. Big fan of discounts if possible. Optional freebies/discount or choices in freebies could be nice! Sometimes the freebies haven't been included and I had an issue with a board game.”

“I had a great experience with Total Cards. Start to finish ordering online was extremely easy and the customer service was brilliant. After placing my order I was promptly notified about an item no longer in stock with apologies, and provided an opportunity to have a full or partial refund but I managed to find another one, it got switched and my refund was issued for the difference, no hassle at all. I liked the packaging my order came in and I was able to recycle most of it too which is a great touch. Definitely will place future orders!”

We are sorry that part of your pre-order was not fulfilled, this is not something that we are happy about, I can see our teams chased this up a lot, we did look to our other suppliers but they were not able to get this particular product. Since this order, we have moved to a more reliable supplier. Again, we are sorry that one part of the order was not fulfilled. We hope that you may give us another chance in the future, with the new supplier our pre-orders are coming on time, especially our TCG stock.
