“My recent order was great but I would like to warn you the product, Yu-Gi-Oh! - Infinity Chasers - Marshalling Field (Super Rare) INCH-EN045 has a picture of heavy freight train derricrane, this may be misleading to others so am hopefully it gets fixed. (Just clarifying I wanted marshalling fields so I got what I wanted)”

“Only a couple orders in and totalcards went from 5 stars to 1. They posted a severely damaged sealed booster box to me, and when I asked for a replacement as soon as I recieved it, they made me wait 2 months for them to 'investigate' who was responsible for it. They decided it wasn't their fault, despite the fact that none of the other items or the packaging were damaged in any way, (the type of damage could not have been done by the post office) but graciously allowed me to get a replacement "if they had any left in stock". They then refused to pay for it to be returned, so I opted for a refund instead, being well and truly done with them at that point. It then miraculously disappeared after I posted it, never to arrive to them or get returned to me, nevermind that I've sent hundreds of packages out all over the world since and not one has gone undelived. The thing is, if they had taken resposibility for it, or even shown the tiniest bit of good will and paid for the postage, after, again, making me wait 2 MONTHS, I would still be buying from them regularly, but the combination of all of that just shows they are not to be trusted and I stopped dealing with them immediately, chalking the loss up to a lesson learned not to buy from small 3rd party companies like this.”

We apologise for the negative experience you had with this particular order. After investigating, we found that the item was shipped in perfect condition and was not damaged during transit. However, we understand your frustration and have contacted the carrier to launch an investigation. Unfortunately, their system did not show any damage, so we were unable to cover the return costs. Our support team has been in touch with you regarding a tracking number for the return, but we have not received a response. We receive deliveries 7 days a week, so please provide us with the tracking number as soon as possible so we can proceed with the return process. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and recommend using a tracked shipping method for future returns to avoid similar issues. We are sorry that this order did not meet your expectations, and we do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. “Good website, genarally good pricecs, but a few cards I would not buy for the price you ask, ( like, mist energy, and charizard ex as you can get it on ebay for abou £4). Also lugia v and vstar. The formating of the website is very good, a lot better than it used to be.”

“Seems like a good company however after they raised the price of a preorder I made years ago and not willing to honour the price advertised I am oppose to ordering. I will order if it's not a preorder and a good price but a shame that what seems like a good company on the surface are quite cut throat when it comes to honour”

“Been taken my daughter since shop open. Find owners really friendly and happy to see you. Fantastic layout. Some newer south can be quite not engaging at times. Always liked shopping there for my daughters Pokémon cards. But selection not as good as it used to be and price and be higher than over shops around. Still great shop experience.”
