“My go to online shop for Pokemon new releases/ pre orders. I have always had a positive experience. The products are well packaged and protected well, they arrive in perfect condition everytime. The products are always well priced and often better then other retailers. The store communicates really well with customers and any delays due to supplier are communicated well.”

“Do not pre order unless you want items cancelled at the very last minute. Boxes were ordered/paid for over a month before release I then e-mailed to confirm these wouldn't be cancelled when allocation was known to be short for the set. Their staff told me not to worry that they weren't effected by these shortages & I would get the boxes. 3 Days before delivery the order was cancelled and I was refunded. Terrible business practice & I shall not use again in the future.”

Hi There We are sorry for the allocation on your order, this is not something that we like doing. Our suppliers didn't notify us of this allocation until a couple of days before we got the stock. This is not something that we as a business can control 😭 I have looked into the chat you had with the support agent and they have let you know that they had not been told of any allocations and at the time there were no allocations placed on this stock from the suppliers. They also let you know that you would be contacted the moment they hear of any allocations, which I can see was done. We understand the frustrations of allocations, as players and collectors ourselves, we hate to have to do things like this, especially for sets like this. This is not the status quo for the game or for us and was due to factors outside our control that led to this being allocated heavily We hope that you will give us another chance in the future for a future set. “Ordered twice in the space of 10 days or so and both orders came super quickly! Both were priced really well and the team even accommodated to the little note I added by leaving a little message who has been partaking in Ramadhan this year. Amazing service!”

“Ordered a Trial Deck of a Weiss Schwartz title I had been waiting a while for, customer service (I spoke with Ryan) was incredibly kind and understanding with my wait with no fault on Total cards at all.
