“I've used this website a few times now, really happy with them. My latest lot of Pokemon cards arrived (Used them for magic TCG as well) and everything was well packaged and shipped with DPD. There were delays to my order (not caused by them - UK customs) and they kept me up to date with progress emails and replied to an email query I sent quickly and professionally. Will use again, many thanks! (plus who doesn't like getting free sweeties when you spend lots of £££!) :D”

“My order was delivered a week later than originally stated which meant it did not arrive in time for son’s birthday. When I enquired about it, I was just told that it will be delivered when totalcards receive it from their supplier, no eta given nor apology for delay. I have ordered before from totalcards before and service was better but not great on this occasion. I would not order again unless I had a month to spare for delivery & delays.”

“First time buyer from Total Cards. Slightly late dispatch by a couple of days to what I was expecting but what with Christmas period and their move to a new warehouse I'm not upset by this; from 'dispatched' to 'delivered' was very speedy. Online purchase path was really easy to navigate and the games I ordered came lovingly packed and well-protected! Would purchase again! Thanks”

“A little Hint for the customs prices would be great. Brexit sucks, but many people from Europe order at total cards. I think for the most countries you could make a list of the prices. So I ordered a celebrations ETB, good price at first, but with all the shipment and customs costs, I had same price like German companies. But all in all it was a good experience and had no problems.”

“What can I say! Total Cards is such a slick operation. From order to delivery they have kept me fully informed. They took care to pack my collectors box in bubble wrap and fragile stickers on the box and it arrived in perfect condition. I loved the follow up after delivery as well, such attention to detail has not gone unnoticed, well done guy’s.”
