“Ordered Pokemon TCG: Terapagos ex Ultra Premium Collection was expecting delivery early December (nothing) chased it up quite few times was told soon and even told once will be by weekend nothing was delivered. Then end up telling me they are having trouble with getting the sock in for some reason which i find it hard to believe as it is available on every other website took one google search to find that. someone one recommended me this website was excited to see they have good prices and nice range of products was planning to order few more thing after Christmas but the whole experience was a let down no communication was made from their end to inform that its been delayed etc for transparency specially this time of the year where people are buying thing as gifts”

“Its just me all over - wall to wall nerd and geek, great friendly staff that aren't afraid to have a good laugh with you and some excellent offers and deals on all sorts, my main poisons are Pokemon and Lorcana, and I'm never disappointed with the selection! Keep up the hard work!”

“Ordered and it was shown in stock , however that turned out not to be the case ended up chasing up to be told it would be shipped when back in stock, communication was poor, we should need to chase you!!! eventually got it and product is fine but customer service needs sorting out”

“I ordered an item on preorder and a handful of loose cards. Items were delayed due to lateness in their stock availability. That's fine, yet they were still selling the items they said they didn't have in stock which made it less convincing. An item (one card) was also rem9ved and refunded from my order with no explanation as to why, my guess is that I was waiting so long for the order, the card I bought went out of stock as it wasn't reserved in anyway. That aside, the goods I recieved were in good condition when they eventually arrived. They are parcelled with care.”

“I'm very satisfied with quality of cards, the price and with the time it took the parcel to arrive. I just don't like the packaging itself. All the empty space in the box is filled up with shredded cardboard. Opening the parcel can be very messy because of this.”
