“Hi order 6 booster packs that arrived today. They were safely packaged and delivered o time. Really please how this went as I have had problems with other supplier in the past so I will differently using tortal cards again. Great service.”

“Company was good, the delivery not so. The driver thought it was a good idea to throw the parcel over a fence and leave it outside whilst it was throwing it down with rain for some time. Needless to say, the box was wet through. Luckily the packs inside were not damaged but if I was keeping it as a sealed product I would have returned it.”

We always recommend that customers leave a note at the basket stage, if an item is intended for sealed display, as this allows our team to take extra care when packing. That said, our standard shipping process is designed to prevent damage in most cases.
