“The delivery of the package was very late. However, I received a proper reply when I sent an email. Also, I think the box was very good. If the delay was due to it taking too long to prepare a good box, I would give it 5 stars. However, since it seems the delay was due to the Pokemon cards, I gave it 3 stars.”

I can see that we did ship this out on the 7th, unfortunately, the shipping method you have used doesn't give tracking, Royal Mail does not prioritise non-tracked items, we would always suggest getting tracked shipping. While Royal Mail do attempt to deliver in 2-3 Working days please note that delays can occur 😭! We hope that this will be with you soon Kind Regards, Ryan
