“Wonderful company to work with. I placed a pre-order from the United States many months before the card set I wanted even came out. They sold at maybe 2$ above MSRP and even shipped to the US. I will 100% be buying from them again and again. Great customer service as well with speedy responses and great tracking for your international packages.”

“Was sad to come into store and not be allowed to purchase prismatic bundle told they were out of stock but when I arrived they took the stock into the back warehouse. Was told stock was for store purchases. Very bad customer service will purchase stock elsewhere in future.”

Firstly, based on a full review of CCTV footage, it is clear that you did not enter the Gaming Centre until 15 minutes after the situation with the individual in question had already occurred. By this point, the decision had already been made to remove the remaining stock due to the individual’s persistent attempts to circumvent our one-per-customer policy—behavior that involved pressuring other customers and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere in-store. Your claim that we “took stock into the back warehouse” upon your arrival is misleading, as the stock had already been removed before you even entered the store. The decision to take it off sale was made solely to protect staff and customers from further disruption, not to deny anyone a fair chance at purchasing. Additionally, our records do not show that you ever inquired about purchasing a bundle, meaning your review is not based on a personal experience of being refused a sale but rather on second-hand information—information that originated from an individual whose actions ultimately forced us to take these measures. Given that this individual was openly unhappy about being prevented from obtaining more bundles than allowed, it is clear that this review was left in retaliation rather than as an honest account of your own experience. We strive to create a fair and welcoming community for all players and customers, and it is disappointing to receive reviews based on misrepresentation rather than facts. “Nice out sleeves with hard and strong feel. Structure decks came without any issues. I’m only a little disappointed with how long it took to get to me since this structure deck came out 14th February and it took a month to get to me which wasn’t ideal.”

We understand your frustration, but as stated in our store policy, there is a per-customer limit on booster bundles to ensure as many members of our community as possible have a fair chance to purchase them. Your order of 10 booster bundles exceeded this limit, which is why it was refunded. The stock from refunded orders will be made available at RRP in our Gaming Centre, giving local players another opportunity to purchase them fairly. “The product is really HQ and I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately, I placed my order on the 7th Jan and the product didn't arrive until 2 months later. Not so much the time frame, but the zero communication was ideal. That said, I have ordered two more and I know I'll be happy when they do arrive. Also, it's not my intention for this review to be public, but you seemed keen for feedback.”
