But we are a private service, and our prices are inclusive of the cost of your medication, consultation with a registered clinician, prescribing and dispensing costs, and express delivery by secure courier.

Just to let you know, when you sign up to a treatment plan, we’ll always email you a few days before we get your next order ready, asking you if there’s anything you want to change, or if you’d like to cancel or skip your next delivery. It may be the case that this email slipped into your spam folder, which we can’t control – but if you didn’t receive it at all, please let us know.
You’ve also got the option to cancel, pause or skip deliveries any time, with a few clicks in your patient account. Please let us know if you need any help finding where to do this, and we’ll be happy to take you through it in more detail.
