“I ordered the item on Wednesday after 4pm so delivery was expected on Friday. I got an email on Thursday so say that my order had been shipped. On Friday at 1.30pm, I rang to double check it would be delivered. The call handler needed to look into it and when she called me back she said that the item was out of stock and hadn’t been shipped and would not be arriving. This caused problems and stress as the item was needed for work which was arranged for Saturday morning.”

“Awful. Website said item was in stock so I ordered it. When it was due to arrive, I called their helpline to determine a time but I was informed they have no stock of that item, even though I received an email telling me the product had been shipped days ago.”

“Was meant to be next day delivery. Ordered wed, chased in fr, didn’t get a callback and no idea when it will arrive. Has held up a job. Very frustrating and communication is terrible. No tracking facility either.”

“The products are good, but there seems to be a glaring error on the website. At the time I was shopping, nowhere obvious did it state that VAT was added to the prices shown. This only became apparent at checkout. When I queried this using the 'chat' function, I was told that something had gone wrong with the site.”

“Googled you. Products were good quality, but the second delivery of tile trim were bent in the length. Could be due to bad handling by shippers, but carton not damaged. Otherwise the delivery was so quick, I gave little regard to that one issue. Brilliant!!”
