“All in all great but the zipper doesn‘t last that long. And when it doesn‘t hold anymore and opens itself while you‘re walking, emptying everything, that‘s not funny. Until this moment after about a year of regular careful use, it was great, though. Backpacks from other companies had lasted 3-4years for me.”

“Shelter Backpack Review - Overall a stylish backpack - Overcomplicted design making accessing pockets on the move difficult. - day bag strap removal and attachment to shelter backpack could be made easier with additional clips not requiring my constant clipping and uncoupling. When central area is full the side pockets capacity is almost nothing. Video demonstration shows use of side pocket for toilet back but in reality when both the backpack and toilet bag are full this simply does not work. - lower waist strap is very uncomfortable when backpack is fully loaded. Putting more stress on your stomach. A more cushioned thicker consistency across the torso/waist would work better, especially when using the backpack in hotter climates and only wearing a t-shirt for example. - laundry bag plastic sealing clip is not user friendly and can be rather annoying if you are using it multiple times per day or just forget to but one item in after sealing. - Back support design of backpack is nowhere near as good as other products on the market. I have a backpack from the 90s that provides much better back support. - overall slightly over priced for the product vs use in reality”

“Lack of integrity to their return policy and poor communication. Tropicfeel still has almost $950 of my hard-earned money and has had the return in their possession since June 11. They had specified that the “finance department” has received the information to process the refund but that department has yet to respond to me with the email as promised. I sent a small return and the entire process was complete in under two days. Clearly the company wants to use my (return) funds to operate their business (lack of integrity). You have your products, give me back my money alas your policy states you will. All products were brand new (unused) and in original packaging when shipped back two days after receipt of the shipping label (which I had to beg for since their system refused to provide one for me online. BUYER BEWARE! If you value trust, integrity, quality communication and service, keep your money and spend it elsewhere.”
