Service client répondant et rapide. J'espère devenir ambassadeur de la marque étant donné que je bouge partout sur la planète. “Did you sell my phone number to a 3rd party? Since setting up my profile to order I’ve suddenly started getting bombarded with spam/scam calls from all over including overseas. In my email I just got a email from your company in a different language. Very concerned about all of this.”

“I buyed the shelter Backpack Core black and I used it on a 6 days hike troughout norway. It worked perfectly and I could easaly hold the bag for a 8 hours straight hike. The fact that you can rits the back open and it gives you a lot of apportunity to get stuff quick. Only minus point is that the bands over your sholders and hip are kind of hard so sometimes hurt a bit when you have a 12kg plus bag.”

“I ordered NS60 jacket. І made this pre-order with full prepayment in October last year. After some time I found out that after ordering i was not sent any order number. So, I had to write dozens of letters to support and wait for weeks before my problem was solved. And despite the fact that i was eventually given this number, my order was canceled for some reason. After i asked why this happened, i did not receive an answer. My friend who made the same pre-order on the same day in October received the jacket in early June. However, it reached me only on July 20. It took inadequately long time, difficulties, stress to resolve my situation. No compensation was provided for the months of inept communication with support. The product itself is not bad, nice materials, as stated, it is quite compact and warm. Unfortunately, the impression is spoiled because of customer support”

“Bought the Shelter which is a well designed and versatile backpack, seems to be reasonably well made, some minor design flaws such as the waterproof day pack’s carry handle being directly on your back when wearing the pack prevent it from being perfect. But overall good.”
