“My order approached way before the initial date which was very great- many thanks to the tropifeel team. Meanwhile this item dilvered me a satisfactionally time on my journeys. With a very good pocket and strap layout it is made for travelling even if you go for a small two day worktrip or a week on vacation. Addional pair of e.g. Running shoes- no worries it has space for them although the dirty ones. The material (ordered black edition) takes all the benefits of recycled plastic. Nice design and the material combination of outer shell and inner pocket textiöe gives you an enhaced travell condition. Put your back on the ground or put in not on a neat way in a trunk. You will see no stains will be left or your inside equipment will be damaged. Only one thing I noticed and I habe to deal with it- the back part is a bit to short. Which means the hipbelt os to high and most of the load os on my shoulders. Would have been nice to knew this earlier. Maybe the amazing Tropicfeel-Team got an answer for that?!”

“I ordered the Shelter backpack and it just arrived on time for my holiday. It was the perfect fit for the trip planned. Most of all, I like the wardrobe system whick makes packing and especially living out of the backpack so much easier. However, I have two minor complaints: First, the backpack misses a handle at the side which would make easdier tow carry for a very short distance (like in airports). Second, I was not very happy with the customer support. When I asked about the estimated date of delivery (I pre-ordered the shelter), I received a very generic answer which did not take teh content of my email into account (is it likely that the backpack will arrive on time for my holiday). For a company like Tropicfeel I qould expect a better service. Overall, I really enjoy the product that is why I still rate it 4 stars.”

“Hello, I wrote to you a fideback regarding your Shelter Backpack and the three other items I bought at the trustpilot review site. 1. The idea of the Shelter bag is amazing and very good! 2. There are some parts that need upgrading in my opinion: A. The side stretch straps for the main pocket should be different, they are difficult to fasten and release. B. The bottle pockets should be different - the mesh pockets seem to be less durable as you said, and the inner black pockets are not stretchable and unusable when the bag is full. c. The upper side straps are not fully understood - they seem to be in a bad position. d. The top strap for the main pocket is too short, it cannot be closed when the compartment is full. e. The lower flexible strap is too short, when I want to use it to attach the laundry bag or other things outside the bag. f. The main line should also match the side strips - the spaces between the seams should be equal. Other than that, the bag is perfect!”

“My experience with Tropicfeel was extremely pleasant, their commitment to their costumers is a breath of fresh air compared to many others. My first pair of Jungle Shoes arrived well on time ready for my holidays, they were very comfy and served well in the sea as promised but sadly the lining near the heels started to open up after 1-2 days of use. Upon returning from holidays the shoes still looked new except the above so I had to assume it is an isolated issue. Customer support was very helpful and efficient and I am happy to share that the replacement pair I was given are well worth their price. Comfy, fresh pie of shoes that I can wear for commuting to work or for a hike and even to the sea. Thank you!”

“I love the products and think they are fantastic. You get 1 star because the Customer support was the worst I have ever come across. I ordered the Nest Backpack and the 10L cube which fits in the front of the backpack. I loved the backpack. But they sent me the 12L cube which does not fit at the front. Which is fine... Mistakes happen.... Note I ordered the backpack a week and a half in advance to make sure leaving enough time for delivery. The backpack and wrong cube was delivered... I contacted support and they replied asking for pictures a day later. I then sent the info. They then sent me a link to do a exchange another day later. I was never given a order number when I bought the products. I then emailed back... A day later I explained I have 4 days before going away on holiday and I ordered the specific backpack and cube for it. All I needed at this point was my order number. Nothing for 2 days... Then I get a reply with the exact same response and no order number. I then explain again I am going away and I don't have a order number to do the exchange. I then followed up that I need the 10L Cube asap. They made no arrangement to help even after explaining the situation. In fact they ignored all my emails asking for help and instead sent me a link to feedback after I did the exchange. The support was slow, no one actually responded to any of my complaints or my personal situation. There was no care whatsoever. They didn't bother to read my emails carefully. I asked to be in touch with a manager and I got nothing. Most other companies would have offered some level of compensation but not Tropicfeel. Excellent product but they need a new Service manager :)”
