I ordered my pair of Sunsets on 18 July and it is nearly November. Have now moved from UK to Australia and the current trainers I have are nearly unwearable due to old age. I never expected it would be this long and I have to stop myself from cancelling and buying another brand in a shop because I need them now.

I bought the Shell Backpack for my 6 month travel in South America for using it as a daybackpack. Unfortunatly the backpack is very heavy and I really don't like the packing system because it takes so much space. Without it, the backpack is more like a 'black hole' where everything disapear because the opening part is so small. The backpack is also very wide - even with not many stuff inside. That makes it very impractical. I also think that it's very uncomfy. I'd not buy it again and I'm sad that I spend so much money for that.

Not so amazing as I thought they were going to be. I feel them a little bit uncomfortable when walking, to the point that my right leg aches after a few hours. Not great. Not happy.

I did not receive my package regardless of what the tracking information said. Tropicfeel was very responsive in the beginning but after a while of not receiving updates on my package, I often had to do the following up. After 3 months, I finally received my package.

The shoe is nice and it would be much more confortable if it wasn’t for that beige rubber part in the back. That is terrible! It gave me big blisters. What were you thinking when you put that there? I’m thinking about cutting it off! Bad choice.

We are carefully testing all our products for an extended length of time, the rubber is there to provide more support and prevent slipping off, however, all human bodies are different, sorry that it was not a perfect fit for you. If you make a mistake upon delivery, it's not ok to let your clients wait for another three months for the exchange. Especially when this was ordered and paid for in February already

Cannot write an objective review as requested by TropicFeel, because after purchasing sneakers on the June, 4, still waiting for delivery - it's already June, 23. Seems that selected delivery organizations is not optimal or is not good.
