Too big and the center flap is not center,seem to have been stitched wrong.

The shoes are great. The customer service not so much as my emails go ignored mostly. When I do get a response, they ignore my question/ concerns and just send a copy and paste of a generic response. I have sent 4 emails so far. On the plus side, the person in charge of the Facebook messenger for Tropicfeel tried to be helpful and I really appreciated that.

Dear Delma, I had a very poor experience with DHL. I saw that the package was coming when I was on holiday and got confirmation from DhL that they would leave the package by the mail boxes. Despite my multiple requests not to do so, they kept trying to deliver the package in my hands. No email communication nor phone calls from dhl. Only sms I could not reply to. Now I suspect the package is going back to you. Please, help! Giovanni

So far, I'm unimpressed with the products and with the customer service. The shoes I ordered started coming apart on the second wear (just inside my house), and their return center still hasn't gotten back to me with an approval or anything else.

A very poorly exicuted concept, extreemly poor exicution for the price. If returning was an option (I live overseas) I would!! >Backpack staps are hard with no padding and therefore very uncomfortable. >Side and top handles are small and too thin to use. >Elastic side pockets are again too small to even fit a water bottle. >The backside accsesory bags are yet again too small and the magnetic connectors broke after my 2nd weekend trip. >The laptop compartment is inside the main compartment and it has a large top flap so you have to completely open the bag to get access. Not only is that very inconvenient but if you have lose items in the top portion of the bag (on top of the closet) it will all fall out. Just a really bad design choice. >The chest and waist straps were very poorly placed, thin & uncomportable. >The botum compartment was too small to fit any shoes larger than size 8 andthe hooks come off very easily so it's not secure. Would have been better with the same clips as the main compartment. I do like the concept, just seems like a 1st generation prototype that was never designed to actually use in the wild. I honestly feel like I was ripped off.

It is exactly as advertised - a shell. Call me naive, undiscerning, a dreamer but I was hoping for something more. Don't get me wrong - it appears to be a quality pack but without buying the approx. $200 in "optional" add-ons, it is literally just a shell. If that is what you are looking for, great! But, if you are like me, and are looking for a well-made travel backpack, and all of the assumptions that go along with it, then perhaps, just the shell is not the bag for you. It offers limited additional storage other than the in-back laptop storage and zip pocket. Which, if you are going to buy their other accessories, you can upgrade the bag to your liking. If not, you are left with what is essentially a $250 hollow cavern with zippers on both sides. Again, I'm not bashing the quality but perhaps looking for a bit more in terms of value for cost. Otherwise, they should call it as it as. Sell the backpack with all of the upgrades to make it a fully-functional bag and market it at the true price point - $450+.

A few flaws that may put you off getting this hag. - there is no laptop access from the side of the bag meaning access to your laptop/books etc proves a real ballache when the bag is fully packed. It's a terrible design gets irritating very quickly. If you're at an airport for example, needing quick access, you have to take the entire organiser out to get it. If you are using the back without the clothes orgsniser, the laptop sleeve inside is still awkward to access considering all the things you have packed around it. Essentially, once packed, not much in this bag is "easy access". Either you are unpacking the organiser to get at anything else or your navigating through a bottomless pit of a bag. The hip straps. For a bag that is designed for travelling/backpacking and considering the price you pay, the hip straps are terrible and you'd expect more decent padding and supported straps as found on an actual hiking bag. If going for a long walk or filling into full weight capacity, this isn't a particularly comfortable bag to walk with. There are some nice things about the bag - it's removable pouches, the extra shoe compartment at the bottom, the organiser serves its purpose, but take away the gimmicks and the bag's functionality leaves a lot to be desired and isn't that comfortable. Consider how often you'd be using this bag without the clothes organiser before you choose to buy. And also consider the length of walka you'll be doing as the hip support is woeful.

Not so innovative. A normal pair of sport shoes... Tooooooo much time to have it. ( Bought (and paid) in May 2021, received in February 2022) With the same price you can buy a normal pair of commercial shoes, without waiting for months.

Quality is not as good as expected : after a couple moth of normal use fraying appeared around the zipper of the top pocket The shape looks really bad : if not absolutly empty the bad takes a very unesthetic shape. The bottom is very deep and the top much shallow. When it's full (with the wardrobe) I keep poking stuff behing me because it's too deep. the wardrobe is actually not practical : i loved the idea and it is the reason why I purchase the Shell backpack but it actually take more space than if you pack in a normal way, it is not quite heavy and you dont really have space left in your bag. The bag is quite confortable thought and the other features are nice (but they are more like gadgets). The toiletry bag is very good ! Definitely not worth its price Also delivery took ages.

I've got the Sunset shoes and I loved them. Only problem is they developed holes in the top where my big toe is after only a couple of months. When I tried to get a refund/replacement, they refused saying it was just fair wear and tear. Despite showing them photos of almost no wear on the soles whatsoever.

Was honestly pretty disappointed. It just looks like very low quality which does not fit the price. The back of the heel is full of glue marks and looks uneven, as if the parts were glued very badly. Given the fact that these shoes took more than half a year to arrive (and the excuse was keeping the quality of the product!), I just think that they are not worth the price. They do feel good on the foot.
