“Geyser weatherproof is not very weatherproof... got soaking socks after biking home one day and the shoe is falling apart here and there after a couple of wears... but they are super comfy and I love the design of them - just wished they actually worked as they promised, especially since I pre-ordered them and waited for like 8 months.”

“The sizing and fit on these are off. Based on the measurements online a large should have fit easily but it did not. There is no room for a booty in these pants at all. They felt very very small vs a large in other brands and the large is their biggest size. Not inclusive sizing. The fabric is also very very see through. I liked the feel of the material and in a darker color it might be nice. I have a 33 in waist with a 42 in hip but what I'd consider a medium sized butt and there was just no hope with these pants. I have small thighs and the legs fit ok but if you had legs even a little on the bigger side you would be in trouble. I think this might be my last ever order with this company. Their products only work out half the time. Some of their shoes are fantastic and have lasted me years but others have had clear build problems. Their back pack was garbage and fell right apart and their cloths are really iffy. But with returns costing so much money, I've gambled on them and lost too many times.”

“Really happy when I got them. But first trip I have taken the Geyser weatherproof trainer on and the glue on side is already coming away. I didn’t even do a huge amount of walking in them, just pottering around town. Disappointing for a pair of trainers north of £100”

“La chaqueta NS40 me ha decepcionado: la capucha no ha cumplido las condiciones de impermeabilidad prometidas, el agua traspasa el material, lo he comprado varias veces ante lluvia no especialmente fuerte. La marca se ha portado bien porque les reporté este fallo que viví y, tras una cadena de emails, accedieron a mandarme otro ejemplar. Desafortunadamente el fallo se ha repetido. Por eso creo que no ha sido una unidad defectuosa sino un fallo mayor de diseño y material del producto. Sinceramente es una decepción porque me gusta mucho la marca y la NS40 con el chaleco me parece un buen producto pero que no cumple completamente con la promesa mostrada desde la campaña de crowdfunding.”

“El modelo Geyser en el número 45 es el cuarto par de sneakers de la marca tropicfeel que hemos comprado en mi familia. Con los tres pares de sunset de verano para ir por el agua estamos contentos. A parte de que los cordones se deshilachan enseguida, son muy cómodas y de momento han aguantado bien, aunque solo las hemos usado un mes este verano. Pero desgraciadamente de las Geyser no podemos decir lo mismo. Compramos un par para nuestro hijo de 14 años. Las zapatillas son muy cómodas y bonitas, pero cuando se las quita por la noche están siempre húmedas, haga el tiempo que haga. Sacamos siempre las plantillas para que se seque todo bien, pero de dentro necesitan varios días para que vuelvan a estar completamente secas. Además ahora hemos visto que se desenganchan de la goma de la suela en toda la parte delantera, lo que me temo que hará que ya no sean resistentes al agua, una cualidad que tengo que decir que sí que tienen (o tenían), pero sin la transpirabilidad que prometen en la publicidad. Eso de la humedad ya lo he leído en otros comentarios. Y no es porque haga ahora demasiado calor para llevarlas. Donde vivimos ya tenemos temperaturas bastante bajas. Una pena la verdad. Las dos estrellas son por la resistencia al agua y por la neutralidad climática, aunque ahora con eso de que se están desenganchando ya no van a ser ni resistentes al agua, ni neutrales con el clima, puesto que tal vez tengamos que tirarlas. A ver si las podemos enganchar de alguna manera eficiente. En resumen, demasiado caras para lo que han aportado y lo poco que han durado, ya que tan solo hace dos meses que las compramos. La verdad es que estamos muy decepcionados. Espero que revisen estos aspectos y mejoren la calidad, porque en sí tienen una buena filosofía, pero el producto todavía no es lo que se promete.”

“Bought the NS40 jacket in an XL. My normal size is between a L and XL. When the jacket arrived the pullover could barely get over my shoulders and was incredibly difficult to get off. I had to have my wife help me and the shirt I was wearing came off with the jacket. I exchanged it for an XXL which also was way too small and I have to return. Sizing seems to be an issue as I have never worn anything above an XL ever. Separately, the two way zipper is very difficult to use and gets stuck very easily. The jacket is an interesting concept but poorly executed.”

“I bought my Geyser sneakers at the end of summer, but didn't really use them until last month when I went on holiday (I bought the shoes specifically for travels, as they advertise). I am unhappy about the quality/price ratio of the product because the soles are detaching from the fabric top part, compromising the impermeability, and the rubber of the sole is easily getting scratches and marks. The idea and the design is really good, and I love the purpose of the brand, but I don't think they are there yet. They should improve the quality in their products. However, the support departament is very attentive and kind and they put a lot of effort in providing a good service.”

“I bought the Nest backpack(with the 10L pouch) back in July 22 and it's disappointing. The quality of the of the material is way below what you would expect for the price. I used it only as an everyday bag to go to work and it already started to tear off on the bottom compartiment (the one with the water resistant pouch). it also begins to deteriorate at the laptop pocket zio protection and other places. The elastic mesh on the outside is almost not elastic at all which makes its original use extremely difficult. you could probably put a bike helmet only if the bag is empty which is useless then. Well to resume, the idea was nice but the quality is not there. if it was like 60€ ok but for a bag at around 150€ it's really impossible to recommend it when it has already started to detariorate after 3 months of casual use”

“Write it once but it wasn’t published so I’ll try again! I give 2 stars because the ns40 jacket per se looks nice, of good quality and fits well. The disappointment I have come from the lies the marketing sells as it is definitely not completely water resistant! They show a guy under a waterfall and riding a bike that travels in Asia! WELL IM IN THAILAND now, bought it to use it and feel safe against rainy days around here but I advise everyone IT IS NOT GOING TO KEEP YOU DRY! It is definitely good for light rain but it won’t safe you for a medium to heavy rain.with and without vest. Plus using it without vest is pointless as the lower part get wet very fast and I know because I was about to lose my phone because of it! Thanks for the waste of money. On the contrary fortunately my bag and shoes tropicfeel works ok but I was expecting better quality for that price.”

“Am returning my Nest. The quality of materials and manufacture is simply not up to the quality of the design. The materials are disappointing and the zips sticky and of poor quality and feel like they will definitely fail. This pack should be comfortably below $100usd as it does not feel as if it will stand the test of time and use.”

“Very nice shoes that arrived after pre-order and super excited to try them out. Sadly they are not as water-proof as advertised (at least for me). Two occasions, one bike ride, one normal rain, they did not withhold the weather conditions and socks did get wet. Design and size are great, but the reason for buying is just unreached.”

“The backpack is well built and has some useful functionality when it comes to size flexibility, but I’ve taken it on variety of trips and I find myself more irritated with its design than appreciative. The inside wardrobe accessory is bulky, heavy and imo, not very useful for this application. The laptop section isn’t separated from the main compartment to accommodate the wardrobes bulk and can only fit one laptop within the sleeve. So iPads or docs will float around and opening it for tsa isn’t as combiner as other bags I’ve had. There’s really only one useful zipped pocket, and the toiletry bag that snaps to the front is difficult to attach if filled, which doesn’t take much to do and looks goofy. Water bottle sides don’t have enough stretch once the bag is packed for a medium sized thermos. There is a strap to slide the bag on your suitcase handle but it’s thin, elastic and doesn’t secure your bag to your suitcase. Lastly - there’s an obsolete option to lock your laptop zipper but the roll top can not be secured so the laptop is always accessible. I was so pumped on this backpack but for me, it’s really missed the mark. Stings a bit more considering it cost 300 bucks”
