“Der Rucksack (Shell Backpack (new Versio)) hat mich leider echt enttäuscht. Der war so teuer und dafür ist er total unbequem. Es gibt an den Schultertragegurten keine schweißableitende Netzpolsterung. Dadurch sind die Träger an der Schulter viel zu hart und drücken sehr unangenehm auf die Schulter und mach kurzem Tragen im Sommer reiben die Träger die Schulter wund. Der Hüftgurt bring auch gar nichts, da er nicht gepolstert und viel zu dünn ist. Das modulare System ist an sich sehr gut, aber ich bereue leider trotzdem den Kauf. Als Traveller völlig ungeeignet..”

“I have just had my first chance to wear this jacket - as it arrived in June and the weather is still not particularly cold. I really love it and its versatility. I have just a few gripes. One is the colour which is a very dirty looking beige (walnut sand). I would love Tropicfeel to do this jacket in a brighter colour - a coppery orange perhaps? The second thing is that the hood although great at staying on while I'm cycling is a little small. And the third is that while the lighter layer fits well (not too tight), the outer layer is a bit on the tight side. These are just minor things because all in all I think the jacket is great and am looking forward to trying it in colder weather.”

“I am still waiting for mine to arrive despite waiting for 2 months after their announcement on 27 July 2023 that all the pre-orders have gone out. It is very disappointing. For those who have received less-than-satisfactory products, at least you have the pleasure to be disappointed about and the opportunity to complain about it. All they can tell me is that I will receive my order with some delay.”

“Less than 2 weeks after I received Tropicfeel Canyon shoes, the "knot stopper" on the shoelaces came out and got lost. I ordered a replacement, which didn't arrive in time. For the following three months, I contacted the customer service for a replacement three more times, they supposedly sent them but I never received anything. Meanwhile, the shoelaces kept breaking down, to the point of not only looking bad, but also making the shoes too loose to wear. Finally I asked for a refund or return, but they never replied. This has been a very frustrating experience and a huge disappointment. Don't buy their products.”
