“Awful service if something goes wrong I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for more than $280. After 10 times of wearing the shoes, the soles start to come off and the materials were so bad it started ripping apart. Did not even use the shoes for any hikes, just normal wear. I contact the customer service in the beginning of august 2023. They promise me a discount code for the full amount. I’m happy with the solution and wait patiently for the discount code. The discount code never comes. I reach out to the customer service several times about this and don’t receive any answer. On October 2023, nearly 3 months after my enquiry, they say they can only offer me a 20% discount code as a ‘goodwill gesture’. Absolutely awful customer service. Waiting for several months for you to fulfill your promise, then you completely ignore your own solution and come up with this useless solution as a ‘goodwill gesture’.The products I had before from this company were always good. These shoes were not from a good quality. Tropicfeel refuses to stick to their initial promise and solve this issue. I will never order something from this webshop again.”

“That's the best traveling and hiking backpack I've ever had. Why? This is the only one (I've tried a lot) that I can fit so that my back doesn't hurt even after 30km of walking with fully packed one! I'm tall and very slim, it's hard for me to find right gear, so I'm so happy I found Shell!!!”

“I’m so disappointed with this product’s quality. After doing some research, I ordered and received mine 2 weeks ago. I initially had high hopes as it seemed to do everything I wanted (versatility and style). And it did for THE ONE time I used it. Then one of the front elastic bands( where the nook pouch hooks onto) came out and I now cannot use my Nook pouch with it. After having spent more than €200, you’d think the bag would last more than one usage… I requested an exchange or a refund as it is clearly a manufacturer fault. And I hope the CS team can address this issue ASAP. I will keep editing this review to update how this is being addressed as my request is processed by the CS team.”

“It's a great bag but I wish the bottle holder was a bit bigger (24 oz bottles will not fit comfortably), and sometimes the zippers on the main compartment are difficult to close around the corners. Other than that, I love it.”
