DO NOT USE THIS COURIER!!! Waited in all day for my underlay to come cancelled all plans I needed to do and never turned up and my parcel has not arrived!! I’ve just been on the tracking to track my parcel and now it’s saying it’s been delivered! I haven’t received anything so your drivers are lying! I’m now having to sleep on the sofa with my 2 year old daughter because I couldn’t put my carpets down as you failed to deliver my parcel and now claiming you have delivered it when nothing has arrived! No live tracking to tell you where your parcel is or what time it would come and can’t contact anyone as they don’t answer your emails! Absolutely disgusting service! I’ve tried emailing 6 TIMES now to see why they have lied about delivering my parcel and to see where it is and when it going to be delivered and they are useless don’t even get back in touch with their customers absolutely shocking service will never use tuffnells again!!

If I could give a zero star I would! They have failed to collect the same package not once but twice! Words fail me how awful their service has been! Avoid Tuffnells!

Waited 3 days,no explanation for delay given.Todays driver good but shouldn't he have been of previous problems to explain to customers.

Item 1 sent by courier with Tuffnells. The bike went missing, It was then found on CCTV with members of staff around it. The item then went missing once again and I was told by a member of staff that agency staff had probably ripped the label off and taken the item. Suffice to say, I had one box returned and the box has been opened and taped back up terribly. People definitely opening it and seeing what was inside. Clear theft from members of staff but cannot prove it. They will not even reimburse me the costs, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. STAY AWAY. I WILL BE CALLING THE POLICE.

Arranged a collection for only day off. Stayed home the whole day only for them to not collect the parcel. Appalling service. And when I tried to track it, it says no valid response from Tufnell. I had a feeling I should of stuck to the well known couriers I always use. Cheaper isn’t always better! No communication at all from Tufnells, they just want a good review!

Initially waited a week for delivery only to be told there was a delay. Another week delay later advised it failed delivery even though it was never attempted. I reorder. Now 2 weeks later I am still waiting and they fail to give reason for this, so advised to cancel and reorder so third time lucky?

Lied about delivery Showed a fake signature Said it was delivered. I’m glad that we have CCTV all around my block of flats including the lift to prove what liars they are and the scams that they operate not keeping to a set delivery time and offering you a delivery without consulting whether it’s convenient or whether someone’s going to be at home especially when you are expecting a large item. Never use this company and if you buy online make sure that this company will not be your delivery people!

Item I’d ordered was despatched by the supplier twice. Both times Tufnells failed to deliver it. Lost in transit. Sure.

Absolute unbelievable service ! I ordered a sofa bed . Give me three different delivery dates AFTER asking me to choose a date ? Then got an email that it was arriving today … when I would not be home ? . Cancelled the order through Littlewoods! Didn’t want to take any chances !! Better off ordering locally in future! Glad I did after reading these reviews!!

Do not use this company for business or personal use. They have written off over £1400 worth of my items, and heavily damaged over £1000 more, whilst taking zero responsibility. Avoid at all cost, look elsewhere.

Unprofessional thieves and liars. Took money for sending pallets and then never did and they don't have a clue where they are. How can you lose so many large pallets? A number of their own staff admitted "off the record" that they damage on purpose and don't care about customers, just want your money. Then you have to chase for months to get a sarcastic and rude response back! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Tuffnells weill not speak with a consignnee (recipient) about the delivery of their parcel even though we were the consumers that paid for this service. THe woman I spoke with at West Hordon Branch was rude and unprofessional and put the phone down on me. THis wuld be the only courier that I know of that does not speak with the recipients. I would recomend that eveyone stay away from Tuffnells where they can.

Awful ! I paid alot for delivery and they forged my signature and left my large parcel sitting in my garden! I had no update on when delivery was going going happen no communication at all! Do not recommend this company! I have emailed this company many times and yet not responce! Unacceptable!

Breach of contract. Without prejudice. no response from emails, unanswered phone calls, seemingly faceless 'management' team. … Tuffnells breached the contract held with me by providing incorrect status delivery details and still no delivery or explanation given since September this year. I attempted to make contact by phone and never had a phone call answered so I emailed: The below all ignored my emails: customerexperiencenorth tuffnells.co.uk; customerexperiencesouth tuffnells.co.uk; shf.csd tuffnells.co.uk info tuffnells.co.uk Only service.desk tuffnells.co.uk acknowledged. but were unhelpful by just giving generic responses . Eventually by emailing incessantly I received a reply also from service.desk tuffnells.co.uk telling me that this just was an IT service desk and providing me an Incident ID and little else, except saying at one point that my case was ‘closed’ without explanation, though online my goods were still out for delivery and never arrived! I assured them my case is still wide open and asked that my email containing the details regarding Tuffnells Breach of contract. Without prejudice in terms of Agreement made 15th September 2021. That the ‘Intention’ formed within the retailer’s documentation formed a legally binding arrangement and that the ‘Consideration’ had been made. I asked that my correspondence be forwarded to: Ian Patrick BREWER Michael HOLT Charles ROLANDI Christopher TRESADERN Alastair Charles WATSON No response has ever been received by me. Perhaps Tuffnells management team need to evaluate the performance of who they have working for them and/or for stakeholders to demonstrate their confidence in Tuffnells as it is.

The worse delivery experience I have ever had! If I could leave zero stars I would. My shipment was due to be delivered on 7 December. Despite no driver turning up to my workplace (and CCTV can verify) I was notified that my consignment was delivered successfully and signed for by someone called 'Sam' there was even a copy of the signature. There was no delivery, no person called Sam and the signature is falsified. To make matters worse, Tuffnells Leeds depot will not deal with my complaint, they will only deal with a complaint from the sender - yet this is MY item that I have paid for, and that was in transit to ME! This package is vital to my business and yet Tuffnells are not interested. They could simply ask the driver but they won't! I have read dozens of reviews where falsifying delivery seems to be common practice - presumably when they cannot fulfill their obligation. Even YODEL perform better than Tuffnells. In future if any supplier to my business uses Tuffnells, I will not use them. I have no option now but to go to trading standards / small claims court. No wonder Tuffnell's is being sold off!

Unreliable, unprofessional and unable to honour deliveries. It's 48 hours after Tuffnells said they would deliver the item and it still hasn't arrived. They are unable to provide details to the supplier or customer about when the delivery will be rescheduled. Do not consider Tuffnells if you are looking for a reliable delivery service. You will lose customers and damage your business reputation.
