There's something very disturbing about the way Tuffnells operates. I was told by email to expect delivery of an item. I waited in all day but it did not appear. Shortly after 6.00pm I was informed that the item had been delivered and signed for. I noted however that there was no signature, just the written word "paper" where the signature should be. Very suspicious. I used the contact form on Tuffnells' website several times to report the suspicious non-delivery but received no response at all. After 2 weeks I cancelled the order with the supplier.

Still waiting for my 3 very large stone garden items...,2 owl planters and a very old bird bath with cherubs wrapped around the stem....apparently sent 28/1/21....where are they?Interparcel do not investigate as thoroughly as they should...perhaps the thief knows wherer they are...perhaps the thief would like to know that these stones are my inheritance from mydear father..I hope you can live with yourself to know the extreme misery you have caused me !

What a shameful shower of s**t this company is, blatant ignorance, forging delivery notes and signatures and items dumped on the driveway. Only to be topped off by customer complaints hanging up. Disgraceful!!!!!

Absolutely retarded lying fu----- fro manager o drivers, wasted two days waiting for delivery ,to be called by supplier asking why I refused to accept delivery of the product.

Absolutely shocking company. Parcels not delivered yet faked signature to say the goods have been delivered. Four days go past and they scan the item in the depot each day. Each day still no delivery. Tried speaking to them on the phone but a very rude young lady said and I quote "i don't know what you expect me to tell you. It's been delivered and that's the end of it " So if its been delivered how has your depot managed to scan the item in the depot everyday... Utterly useless support. No empathy that they have £200 worth of my goods in their depot and they having been paid to deliver it have failed miserably. Then they have the cheek to ask me what I expect them to do about it. Absolutely useless, can't believe that people use a company that has such bad reviews. The management side of this company must be asleep or be 5 years old not to have acted on such poor feedback. There company logo should be TUFF luck if you haven't received your parcel yet. What a joke

Driver is not able to understand road and street post codes treadmill was not for my dad age 90 banged too heavy on door dad got up and fell broke hip now 4 carers per day no reply to letters or phone calls

1 Parcel of 2 delivered last week on Wed 1 day late. Second parcel not delivered and declared lost by Friday. Company sends replacement package for priority delivery Monday. Item is now marked as delivered with no item arriving, after showing as out for delivery all day until 8pm. Lost item also now showing as delivered with a forged signature and condition report. In total I've stayed home 4 days waiting for nothing! This is not just bad service, its shocking and fraudulent. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Why have a tracking system that tells the recipient that the parcel is out for delivery when it means out for delivery on Monday? I spent the whole of Saturday in the house waiting - caused an argument and misery. Just give the right information! It isn't hard to do... Now to make the complaint on Trustpilot

We got an email saying my parcel is on the van to be delivered today 20/10/21 took a day of work no one delivered would advise people not to use your service

Refused to tell me any details of where my package is, parcel was out for delivery and the driver only delivered 1 of 2 parcels. The rude lady on the phone with a "can't be bothered" attitude refused to tell me even where the other parcel was! Worst policy ever and terrible service. The parcel was also supposed to be delivered yesterday! I now have a useless 1 half of an order!!

Awaited my delivery on the day Tuffnells said they would deliver. Two reminders throughout the day and at 7pm I'm told it's delivered. No delivery took place! Tuffnells won't speak to me and the seller is trying to get to the bottom of it for me. Honestly, this has to be the worst delivery company. Or "lack of" delivery company.

What an absolute joke. Don’t deserve ANY stars. Ordered a table, which was being made. Firstly, Tufnell didn’t turn up to collect item from furniture company on correct day. Collected a day late. Secondly, Tufnell were supposed to contact me with a time slot. Nope…I had to contact furniture company who, after contacting Tufnell, told me it would be here today 4-5pm. At 4.10pm, furniture company contacted me to say that for no reason whatsoever Tufnell had decided not to deliver to me but back to the originating company. EPIC FAIL!!! Now I have to wait again as furniture company is employing the services of another courier!!! Avoid at all costs. Judging by all the other reviews, no-one has a good word to say about them!! Utterly useless. Talk the talk (read their glowing website!!) but definitely can’t walk the walk. At this rate, they’ll be limping all the way to the bankrupt bin!!

Tuffnells have failed to collect a 2.7m delivery 3 times. On the third attempt they collected it and returned to sender without explaining why. Currently awaiting delivery attempt 4 and it's already a day late. I honestly don't know how this company still exists.

Delivery has been scheduled for 13th October to make sure that somebody is home. No delivery on that day. On 14 th I had a call from driver and he is saying that he is outside. Of course nobody home. I said I can be there in 10 minutes. I came home in 10 minutes and found delivery on neighbours drive. No driver on site.
