“I called up, sat on hold for 20 minutes listening to the same repeated message to speak to some dim-witted woman who said she couldn't track or do anything because I wasn't the account holder. Well, you've been emailing me every day for three days to say you'll deliver something. I'm not sure what difference it makes whether the account holder calls you or not.
Why you'd choose to behave like that I have no idea - no other delivery company needs to. And get some call centre staff who have some customer service skills.”
“Mine isn’t even about a delivery but about their drivers, have called a emailed several times to complain and heard nothing, these guys speed and don’t care if they kill, one driver got out to tell me, this wasn’t his #uckin# fault before driving off, thankfully it was all caught on dash cam, the guy couldn’t care less, he’s lucky nobody was hurt, I watch them drive into the Lanark depo every day and wonder when they’re going to crash, won’t be a company I will be using put it that way!”
“Majority of parcels delivered are damaged, some totally unusable.
Current route driver is rude, arrogant and aggressive and literally throws parcels through the door which is a dangerous trip hazard as we are a retail shop and our customers could easily trip on them.
Dispicable courier service, definitely the worst out there.”

“AVOID this excuse of a 'delivery service'! They have sent an email for 4 days on the trot stating our delivery (expensive large item) would be sent on each one of the days in which I have had to wait in for, which has been most inconvenient and as yet still no delivery! After contacting customer service by phone, who were extremely unhelpful, as they won't discuss delivery times with the recipient which is ludicrous! So I have complained by email, guess what? Yes no reply! Pathetic service with outdated technology and non existant customer services! Be warned! Don't deserve one star!”

Packages go missing all the time.
I went to the depot in Basingstoke and found hundreds of expensive packages that had been left abandoned.
They lost my package which was 6 foot by 3 foot vanity mirror.
I am still chasing it from June 2020.
Tuffnells say they are covered under their term's and conditions.

“Tuffnells left my 17ft flooring at the side of my property and didn’t ring the doorbell or knock the door i was lucky that a neighbour knocked my door to say it was there. Im disabled and had to get neighbours to lift it for me. Tuffnells is a disgrace it’s easy to ring the doorbell and they still chose not too.”
“Could only get hold of the depot once in 18 days still not had goods delivered wouldn’t let me pick them up myself and the excuse I got was sorry they’ve been forgotten about should have been delivered on 2nd august 2021 and even the suppliers of the goods have had no joy trying to push them for delivery”

A one day delivery service is over a week late, and still no update. They will not talk to the CUSTOMER to who they are delivering. They continue to accept packages knowing full well that when they accept the order they will not fulfil the service level that they are being paid for. A deceitful, dishonest excuse of a company whose management should be held to account.
You cannot leave a complaint. Their head office phone number is disconnected. A shoddy company that does not deserve any custom.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
“If I could give no stars I would. Booked a collection cost over £100. The day of collection stayed in all day nobody came. Rang interparcel, very apologetic rebooked collection. I wanted to make a complaint so rang Tufnells direct. Waited 45mins for call to be answered, only to be told they don’t deal with interparcel and didn’t know what I was talking about. Asked to speak to manager, no they won’t speak to you. I did get angry but who wouldn’t. Anyway spoke to interparcel again, called answered in minutes. They definitely do deal with Tufnells otherwise they wouldn’t sell their services, they tried ringing Tufnells, waited 10mins, no answer. Still waiting for collection tomorrow. Let’s hope it happens.”
“Terrible! My goods were damaged and then stolen. After chasing them up for 4 weeks I am due to receive £25 compensation for the £300 of goods stolen by them. Shameful.
Tuffnells were contracted by Interparcel to deliver my parcels, but stole them instead.”
“Tracking non-existent. Did not deliver. Lost, stole/damaged item. Damaged reputation of seller: Outsunny. Ebay refunded me on basis that seller could not convince them that they had evidence of a viable tracking system. Any buyers out there, check with your supplier if they plan to use Tuffnells. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY AT RISK.”
“I arranged three seperate days for Tuffnells to pick up a bike box. They did not turn up on any of these days and did not inform me that they would not turn up.
When questioned, they responded 'The driver ran out of time'. What a crappy outfit. I hope they go bust”
“Booked for an express business package to be delivered a week ago. The package still has not been delivered. I've had to call every day for a week to get collection and query delivery. I'm now out of pocket as the customer I have sent it to needs to be refunded. Will not be using this company again.”
“Mobility scooter ..one driver heavy box never update the tracking says driver is not allowed to call you..but he did ...but we thought it was all on line because of there blurb...the driver never even came to the door call my landline...I was waiting downstairs ..finally found unknown number...on phone called ..he said he call to see if anyone was in to help him lift...ha an elderly man and an elderly woman..surely mobility scooter says vulnerable....not to the lazy rude driver...so the beloved scooter is back at depo and is coming back tomorrow...he didn’t even have a trolly in his truck . And they broke the rule of phone call no answer message either...don’t use this company you will have problems”
“i have now been waiting for a delivery form a firm, when you phone them they tell you that you should not be calling them they are rude and incompetent. i have to contact the firm i ordered from for any kind of update. Told definitely they were going to deliver on this date no show.. then no show again as they ran out of time to deliver. I would not recommend them to anyone they are totally useless”
