"Ordered items for a house warming and 30 days later the tracking information shows the goods have not moved. Contacted their customer service several times, in the end asked for a refund to be told they would when I rejected the delivery, omg how can I do that when the goods are not moving. So frustrating \ud83d\ude2b never again"
