“The product and price were good on the web site but the shipping and customs charges to ship to Canada were really high. The customers bill on delivery was a surprise and that cost should have been noted somewhere before the purchase.”
“Hi, my wife loves your items. Last year, she bought a PVC shopper bag in Vienna. Unfortunately, I forgot it somewhere and couldn't find it anymore. So, I ordered the same item from your website. However, I had to pay for both shipping and import tax, and in total, I paid almost three times the price of the item. That's fine; the first and most important thing is the happiness of my wife. But at least, I have expected a small gift in the box as a token of appreciation for our loyalty to your brand, considering that I imported a product from the UK to the Netherlands :) Nevertheless, I'd like to thank you for your lovely products, which bring happiness to my wife”
“Unfortunately the goods I ordered did not fit well ( not the company's fault ) so I requested a return , which the company were happy to do . I did have to chase up the refund a couple of weeks after it had been returned , but on my email they then acted quickly , efficiently and in a friendly way to credit my account . Their customer service team did very well after a nudge - hence not the 5 stars :-) .”

“Received most of my order and was pleased with it however the Bonjour Owl filled cushions I ordered and was charged for I did not receive. I only receive the cushion covers so I emailed them, it was over a week and I had no response so I contacted them again through the web site, this time received a response and apology and a refund which I believe should be coming on my next statement. In the meantime I had to order the filled cushion to go inside the cover from a business in my area. I am hoping my next order is checked before it is sent out to make sure the correct items are enclosed. The products are very lovely!”
“Delivery was short of one item. Emails were not answered but after persistence a call to the department produced results. The missing item was sent and received.”
“All good except the one oddity being that nothing appeared to happen with my order for nearly a week and then all of a sudden it was shipped late one day and arrived with me the next. The few days delay wasn't an issue for me but the lack of notice of the delivery date did make my life a little harder. Improve the amount of notice for delivery dates and I'd give 5 stars.”
