“I have always loved Ulster Weaver's PVC shopping bags. The one I bought recently had very long handles; much too long for a small person so I had to have them reduced in size. I was disappointed to find that the bag was made in China. I have always bought goods from Ulster Weavers with the belief that they were made in Northern Ireland. That is not now the case. I do not want to buy Chinese goods. I I want goods made in Ireland or England or at least in the EU.”
“The designs and quality of the dish towels are excellent. it was easy to order them and the delivery to California was very fast. My one big disappointment - the towels are not made in Ulster but in China.”

“Lovely teatowels and oven gloves. My address label was however partially missing, as it seems to have been printed on a removable (removed) sticky tab - ?? The delivery was delayed somewhat because of this, but the postie got it to me eventually, although this must have involved some detective work!
I've yet to wash and dry the 'linens', but past purchases would lead me to think that the colours will hold fast.”
“Love the design and colour. Keeps bright colour after washing. Bias binding unfortunately didn’t stand up to use, moving the position of an oven shelf- singed and now frayed since washing after only one use.”

Thank you for your feedback. Although we have previously manufactured some of our products in China to keep costs affordable for our customers, each product is designed and created here in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
We are now currently working on bringing all production back to Northern Ireland, in the United Kingdom to reduce our impact on the environment,

“Very pleased with my latest UW shopping bag - lasts for years, saving numerous plastic carrier bags. Only slight criticism is that the handles always wear out before the bag. Might it be an idea to make the handles out of a harder wearing material than the bag itself?”
“First time using Ulster Weavers and was impressed. Delivery was a bit slower than expected but that was an issue for all over Christmas but the product was even nicer and better once you got it than it looked on the website. Easy website to use and buy on also so are very good experience.”
