Ordered items for a house warming and 30 days later the tracking information shows the goods have not moved. Contacted their customer service several times, in the end asked for a refund to be told they would when I rejected the delivery, omg how can I do that when the goods are not moving. So frustrating 😫 never again

I was trying to buy Christmas gifts on behalf of a 93-year-old friend who lives in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Despite the website telling me postage and packaging was free over £30, when she had spent over £80 they still wanted to charge £3.99 postage going to Northern Ireland. This is a Northern Irish Company, called Ulster Weavers that this woman has been loyal for decades. I find it’s an utter disgrace that Ulster Weavers, supplies free postage and packaging for mainline Great Britain but not for Ulster where the company is based and where it has the most loyal fan base of customers, who have been buying their products for over a century. In fact if my neighbour lived in the Republic of Ireland, she would get postage and packaging for free, but living less than 2 miles away from the actual premises of this company, she doesn’t. I find this completely asinine, hurting the customers who have been supporting them the longest. There is very little that is Ulster about this company now, Customer Service is a CallCenter in England, I am sure all of it gets made up in Asia or elsewhere. The high-quality linen tea towels are a thing of the past and instead cheap printed cotton or even poly cotton is used.

Didn’t get all the things I ordered. First repley was “We dont believe you” I for my money back fir that item but since I paied custom fee and tax, it was a really bad deal for me. Never going to shop there again

Product good! Unfortunately one item out of two was not as ordered. Used on line contact form to seek help, but have received no reply! What a pity!!!

I ordered a medium PVC bag with short handles and the picture with my invoice showed the bag with short handles but I actually received a bag with long handles. When I had to request a returns sticker I was told that they don't make these bags with short handles anymore. Extremely disappointed.

The wrong items were delivered and an email was sent -using their website form- on 10.03.24 and it is now 20.03.24 with still no response. Have contacted them again via Facebook and another email address- will also go through Paypal. They do not have a customer sevices phone number. This is all I can say about this company now as it is the first time I have shopped with them but given the fact that it is nigh on impossiblke to make contact with their customer sewrvices department- I will not risk shopping with them again.

I have never received my order. On top of that I've received an unpaid bill for 15.60€ from UPS. I'm very upset as this order is for my granddaughter's birthday.

Contacted customer services 10mins after I had placed order in the early evening. They replied first thing next morning the delivery address had been corrected as I had requested and there would b no issues. However, goods were delivered to the old address and not the new one. Despite emailing twice more I have had no response 😤

As I already said in an email your products are of very good quality but the price of transportation is much too high.I am afraid that will stop me shopping with you again,I paid charges to you and UPS charged me another 27 euros for delivery.

I ordered six cups. One came broken because they were sent in the original cardboard without additional cushioning. I notified them and they sent this cup once more and again it came broken. Because it went to Germany I again had to pay the customs for a second time for getting nothing. I complained again and sent them a lot of photos but have not heard back anything. My verdict: Terrible logistics and terrible customer service. For Germans it no longer makes sense to order something in the UK. Customs make it extremly expensive and claims don't work.

My experience was very disappointing - I know the products are great and of fantastic quality but the delivery service outside the UK is poor. My parcel was returned to sender without as muich as a warning that it would be delivered on that particular date or any possibility of rescheduling the delivery or having the parcel delivered to a neighbour. I have been waiting ever since (over 5 weeks now) for reimbursement.

1) Ulster weavers doesn’t handle tax issues for deliveries outside the UK. UPS does it it and charges fees for that and you receive no warning. Only a notice to pay. In my case 35€ for a 65€-purchase. This adds up to the 15€ delivery costs. 2) UPS stole the content of my order. Instead of 10 items, I received only 2 cushion fillings (without the covers!) in a torn and reseated poor quality bag. Despite my claims to Ulster weavers and UPS, 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for reimbursement.

The courier lost my parcel which was to be a Christmas gift for someone. Ulster weavers did not read my emails and this resulted in a very poor response. They have since refused to accept the courier's response that states they lost the parcel and will not issue a refund. A very disappointing experience all round.

Really poor customer service. Misleading "promotion" on their website stating Free UK Delivery over £30. I brought my order to over £30 to avail of this. I live in "Ulster". They still charged me and said that Northern Ireland was excluded when I queried it. This was hidden away in another page. I was unable to return the items as again, they would have charged me more for postage. I queried the misleading wording of the promotion and was ignored.

I bought products worth 60 euros + 15 euro shipping + 11 euro taxes from Germany and had to pay 30 euros more for additional taxes and ups handling fees, although goods up to 150 euros are duty free. So it's not worth ordering from Germany, especially if ups takes care of the delivery. therefore only 1 point. For the goods themselves i give 5 points.

I payed 12€ for delevery ( that s expensive !) and than I also payed 30€ the due to UPS !! For Two products ! I live in France I Never payed That much anytime !
