I ordered six cups. One came broken because they were sent in the original cardboard without additional cushioning. I notified them and they sent this cup once more and again it came broken. Because it went to Germany I again had to pay the customs for a second time for getting nothing. I complained again and sent them a lot of photos but have not heard back anything.
My verdict: Terrible logistics and terrible customer service. For Germans it no longer makes sense to order something in the UK. Customs make it extremly expensive and claims don't work.
