“I'd love to give a review but my order placed on Nov 28th has still not arrived on Dec 17th.
I received a "shipment on it's way" email on Nov 29th that included a tracking number that Royal Mail do not recognise as a tracking number. It produces the message "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your order." This typically means that the item was sent untracked!
I appreciate that there are problems with the mail right now and I can make allowances, but to send it out untracked (if that is what happened) has rather niggled me.”

Your orders were picked and shipped by us immediately after your order was placed, however a Royal Mail strike seems to have caused issues with the parcel getting to you. “I'm amazed that Ulster Weavers have asked me to review my recent shopping experience with them, given that it was absolutely awful. As they sent me only one item instead of the two I had ordered and paid for, I got in touch with them but no reply. After that, I sent a further three messages, all of which have been similarly ignored. This is extremely disappointing as I had always rated them very highly. I see that one or two other customers have suffered a similar fate, not that that's any consolation. So, I'm GBP15 out of pocket (not a lot, fortunately) but ultimately, it is Ulster Weavers' loss. I won't be shopping with them again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else. Appalling!”
