“I ordered 2 pairs of oven gauntlets. When they arrived one pair was fine but the other pair were clearly either badly cut or badly put together because they were uncomfortable and felt tight and small. I was not offered the option of exchange for a different pair. At my own expense I returned the unsatisfactory pair, together with proof of purchase. It took over a month to receive a refund, which did not include the cost of postage. It was obvious that UW did not accept that the gauntlets were faulty and I do not believe that anyone examined them to see. Altogether very disappointing.”

It is now 29 Nov and l am still waiting.
I have followed up twice and the second time was told a replacement order was on its way.

“I have yet to receive my order and it has been over 5 weeks since I placed my order. I emailed customer service to get an update because it shows the order has not even been shipped. I never heard back from customer service. I had ordered early so the items will arrive early as Christmas presents for my colleagues at work. So much for for that plan. “I placed an order on 10/21/23. My credit card was charged on the 23rd, and I received shipping notification on the 24th with a UPS tracking number. This number was useless though; all it told me was that a label had been created; beyond that, the package did not appear to ship. I had to send multiple emails before I finally got a response, and the person did not answer my main question, when could I expect my package or should I cancel the order. FInally, on November 21, after another email, I was informed a new package would be sent. It's now November 28th. I don't know if a new package has been sent or not. I love the products, but customer service is awful and I won't ever order directly from them again.”

Secondly, I paid 10,79€ taxes in advance and I didn't have any information from your company and customer service that once the parcel comes to Greece specifically in Athens, I must pay taxes and custom clearance 66,02€!!!!
UPS call me yesterday in order to inform me and ask me what I want to do with my parcel!!!
Imagine the parcel it costs 55,72€ and today I must pay plus 66,02,€!!! Total cost 121,74€!!! No comment!!!
