Received most of my order and was pleased with it however the Bonjour Owl filled cushions I ordered and was charged for I did not receive. I only receive the cushion covers so I emailed them, it was over a week and I had no response so I contacted them again through the web site, this time received a response and apology and a refund which I believe should be coming on my next statement. In the meantime I had to order the filled cushion to go inside the cover from a business in my area. I am hoping my next order is checked before it is sent out to make sure the correct items are enclosed. The products are very lovely!
