“Paid for next day delivery and been told it will he delivered in 2 days. Would like a refund on my next day delivery. Wouldn't have ordered if I need this need for work tomorrow. Not came yet.”

Thank you for your review Catherine, I do apologise for that. I had a look into your order and unfortunately the order was processed with Standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days. I can see you have processed your order on 28th Feb (Sunday) and we dispatched it the next working day for you. If you haven't received it as of yet that means it might have been lost in transit which is out of our control. I give you a call in the next 24 hrs to discuss :) -Pat

“Absolutely disappointing company. Work for the NHS and ordered some scrubs...took forever to come and couldn't wait for them so ordered elsewhere. I returned them got tracking number and they received back but no refund issued. Awful service - contacted PayPal to intervene! Don't recommend this company at all!”

Hi Ann I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to our normal standard. I tried calling you to discuss this further but I have not been able to get through to you. “Customer service was good but the hospital tunics are not so good. They're sized super weirdly (I wear a size 10 from high street shops but had to order a size 6 tunic) and while they are brought in at the waist, there is a large flappy bit of material above that which looks really silly and unprofessional.”
