“I have used Dencowear a few times now and I can only rate them as excellent. the website is easy to use, sizes are pretty much what you order and on the one occasion I had not received my order, I had no issues contacting them and the problem was resolved straight away. I only wish more companies we as pleasant to deal with. Many Thanks for your service.”

“Very poor customer service. Staff Promised on 3 occasions to get back to me, then no response. No notes on system so each time had to start again from scratch to outline problem with my order. Eventually resolved but took multiple contacts from myself.”
