“I've been liasing with Tonia Wilson (via email & phone) to help with my orders and tracking them. Sometimes the response was within the hour, other times when something neededto be chacked it may be the following day. She is very professional and polite and always responds quickly and gets things sorted in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.”

Hi Linda I am sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. I have checked the status of the order and it left us on the 26th January with Royal Mail. I will email over the tracking information for you. However, I have just tracked this and it is still showing in transit. Hi Melanie I am sorry to hear your order was delayed for dispatch. I have looked into this and it would appear the reason for this is we were waiting for the trousers to arrive from our supplier. Normally the items arrive within a day or two but on this occasion took a little longer. “Ordered two small tunics and they're 1.5inches different in size up against eachother, even though the label says otherwise. On a plus, the material is good quality, quick to dry, nice colour and very good price.”

This may explain why there is a slight difference in size.
