“I have had a few issue regarding my uniform as I was unsure for sizing. I contacted Dencowear and have been assisted by Tonya who has been time efficient throughout and kept me up to date with everything. Excellent service from Tonya!”

“I had an issue with the swatch that the logo was embroidered onto. I spoke to Tonia on the telephone who was a superstar and addressed the concern straightaway. When I contacted Tonia again via email to see if the new swatches had been dispatched, again Tonia responded with speed and efficiency. Tonia has been a superstar and I am grateful for her support.”

“I placed an order on 23/8/22 which was delivered today 1/8/22. Unfortunately one of the items was faulty. I phoned customer service and spoke to Enya who was extremely helpful. Within ten minutes of my call she had sent me a postage paid label to return the faulty item. The replacement is being express delivered to me as well. Thank you Enya.”
