“Pockets of clinical tunics are shallow and not suitable. My things fall out of the pockets. I’m surprised how shallow the pockets are.”

“Delivery was really quick but unfortunately I didn’t like the scrubs tops I’d ordered. The short sleeves were very big and the material was too thick for what I was looking for.”

“After making a complaint about my missing delivery, the complaint was finally dealt with by Tonia Wilson. Tonia kept me up to date with regular feedback and responded to all of my emails. She was extremely helpful and friendly in her approach and managed to resolve the problem with the delivery company. I now have my missing parcel and I am happy with my purchase. The scrubs will be so much more comfortable than the tunics that I have been wearing in this hot weather. Thank you Tonia 😊”

“I never received my order having been sent an email 2 weeks ago stating that it had been shipped. I contacted the company who said it had been delivered however it has NOT been delivered to my home. I have requested a full refund but have heard nothing since. I also find it very strange that any correspondence I have comes from various email addresses. I am still awaiting a response!”

Hi I am sorry to hear you haven't received your parcel, we are liaising with DPD to obtain further information as they have stated it was delivered on the 21st of July at 12.37. “Not true to size, though f ordering order 2 sizes bigger. Slow to respond for an exchange, 3 weeks later not received an exchange or a refund.”
