“Apart from the two weeks delay, the was a manufacture problem and not Dencowear problem, but the medical white trousers was excellent, well worth the 2 week wait. Thank you Jonno”

“The uniform is quite good and smart, I returned a second one for exchange and I am still waiting for my second one. That is where the issue is. Good service but delivery is the problem. It takes too long for you to deliver.”

Hi Olubunmi, Sorry to hear that you're not happy with our returns process, unfortunately because there was a price difference in the original order and the products you wished to exchange them for we processed a full refund and requested that you made a new order, I can see that you may have missed this email so I've sent another one and look forward to hearing from you in order to reslove this.

“I returned my items as the sizes were coming up smaller than label. However Tonia dealt with my order issues and she was outstanding, her customer service skills are 5 star, very professional, understanding and made me a very happy customer”

“I called the other day asking about some colour values for some of your products. Although an unusual request, and the information wasn't available to her, Tonia Wilson made sure to contact one of Dencowear's suppliers to ascertain the information I requested. She also contacted me after a couple of days had passed to let me know she hadn't forgotten about me. I am a designer and I really needed the information Tonia provided, so now in turn I have a very happy customer of my own! So thanks for all your help Tonia, it was really appreciated!”
