I can see you purchased the Sandringham and Newbury in classic pink and I am sorry to hear they were not the colour as shown. “I am giving four stars based mainly on the customer service, Tonia was very helpful and communicative to emails. I ordered 4 tunics all of which finally arrived this was not dencos fault as the parcel had been held in customs. Please be aware if you are ordering from outside of the UK (Ireland)that the customs charges can be very steep. The tunics arrived perfectly packed had ordered 4. Two were perfect and I was delighted two were not as in sleeves were very tight and restrictive although body part sizing was fine, I may note these were in plus sizes so would have expected the sleeves to have reflected this. Could be a design fault.”

“quick delivery but some tunics are a little snug for the sizing, advise to purchase a size bigger than the normal size.”

Hi Kelly Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We do find sometimes customers have to purchase a different size in workwear garments than in the high street. The reason for this is the fabric they are made in doesn't have the stretch element as some other fabrics. “Tonia has been very helpful as we have a lot of staff requiring different size tunics, We were able to order sample sizes before ordering our bulk order which was a great help. If I had any problems or queries she kindly answered them quickly and processed my order which was very helpful”

“Very unhappy with the uniform I purchased recently. The quality is very poor that you can't even wear it. It looked like this company knows very well as found out there are so many bad reviews but then they have not taken action of it. They are just happy to waste people's time and money. I had to cover nearly 14 pound to have them posted back. Beware and avoid this company.”

“Great work tunic, lots of deep & pen pockets. Easy to wash. I’ve brought lots of tunics over the years but you get exactly what’s shown online, shame about expensive postage.”
