Trousers took ages to come when they did they fitted nicely but the first time I did up the fastening on the front it fell apart. I had to send them back at my own cost then pay again for re-delivery 😡

Received my parcel with two overalls in it. two extra-large in size. One was too tight and one is enormous. Won't use this firm again.

Not Happy too long in the leg small fitting ordered a 12 need a 14 cost more money sending back and charged postage for reordering. DISAPPOINTED!! Customer.

Fit not true to size and I would suggest that the material is not 4 way stretch, esecially the solid waist band

Nothing wrong with the tunic itself, good quality and fair sizing. The problem I have is that I never had the 10 percent off for being a new customer that I signed up for, and when I received my goods one of the tunics had a pen mark on it. I informed the company on the day that they were delivered, which was replied to promptly with an apology for not having the 10 percent off and a free returns label so that the tunic could be exchanged. I was sent a 15 percent off voucher for my next purchase, which I probably won't need to use in the near future, as the overalls normally last me a while. Then a few days after I returned the faulty tunic I noticed that money has been taken out of my account by the company again, which I can only assume is a delivery charge for the replacement which is being sent to me through no fault of my own. I have emailed the company to let them know and yet I haven't heard anything back this time??

Very good and speedy service, items were delivered quickly. I ordered 2 different sizes as I was unsure of sizing. Had to return 1 dress and refund was processed and in my bank account within a few days, so very impressed with the service. Only negative I would comment on & reason for only 4* is having to pay for returned items, shame they don't provide free returns, but I would use them again

Morning Leigh I am sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. I can confirm it was dispatched on the 25th of April with Royal Mail and was delivered on the 27th of April. I have sent you a separate email which provides the tracking number and an image of the door where Royal Mail left the parcel. The service was terrible . Ordered an item and wasn’t in stock, despite the website saying it was. I only found this out after chasing the order up myself. When the item eventually arrived it was poor quality. I would not recommend using this company.

The item you ordered is supplied from a third party and we were waiting for them to dispatch the items to us. Normally their turnaround is 1 to 2 days but for some reason, this delivery took a little longer to arrive.
