First order came fast, returned due to beint too small. Refund came fast no issues but second order for correct size still hasn't arrived two weeks later

I lost the card I received from the post office! Please can you give me the tracking number so I can go to the post office to collect it! My experience with your staff member Tonia was amazing.....she is very helpful and efficient...very impressed with the service of this company...

Material uncomfortable, very long in length, the button hole made far too small had to force it open each time, breeze comes right through just really something I am sorry I bought threw them in the bin.

I contacted Dencowear by phone regarding what the identical colour of scrub trousers I needed to h match my tunic as the ones I purchased even though it stated the same colour as my tunics the colour did not match so I had to return ( not sure I’ve had a refund as of yet ) They said they ring be back to confirm but it’s been a week a no phone call .. Not great customer service ..

Next-day delivery is not offered. Emailed to request delivery asap and was informed the order would despatch the next day. Waited two weeks- then called and was informed waiting for stock and advised by customer service they would call back that day to confirm a delivery date- no callback. then received an email informing order was delayed and will despatch shortly. The order finally arrived- this was the fourth time I have ordered the same scrubs- advertised as the same size, fabric etc. but were a different fabric, different labelling and trousers two inches longer. Every time I have ordered the wait and lack of customer service updates lets this company down.

I was very pleased with the scrub suits which were well made and arrived on time. I remodelled them into pantomime costumes for a fundraising pantomime in the Virgin Islands where my son and a friend have volunteered to take part.

Very expensive for postage then you have to pay to send back if it doesn’t fit absolute ripoff would never buy from you again
