“Very disappointed - I ordered scrub trousers & tunics online. I didn’t receive an email confirming my order, I was sent the wrong size twice, meaning I had to pay for return postage twice, until I was eventually sent the size I had ordered at the 3rd attempt. I emailed, called & left messages numerous times and was never contacted by the company. Won’t be using this company again.”

“happy with quality of scrubs ordered however it was a very long wait. Whilst I understand that covid has created some issues with sourcing materials it would have been a much better customer experience to have had some warning that it was delayed. Alternatives would also have been acceptable (colour, fabric, cut, etc) as I was working clinically and really needed an extra pair for changing around.”

“Quick to take your money, very slow to return it. Very very slow in returning emails, phone calls or FB messages. Definitely wouldn't recommend.”

“Ordered trousers for work, money taken out of bank account. Trousers did not arrive. Emails sent —- no response . After four weeks, I sent another email requesting my money be refunded. Eventually money returned to account Not even an apology Not impressed”

“I had no confrontation email, and no reply to my email after 2 weeks I contacted PayPal. It was only after they refunded me that I received my goods. Not impressed, not happy and won’t use Dencowear again.”

“I started painting in Acrylics and needed something to protect me while painting and discovered the Dental tunic which i thought would be ideal and it is. Very well made, all stitching very good and wears well, delighted with the tunic.”

“Long wait due to Covid issues but the quality is good. They wash well and do not fade - which is excellent when I am having to wash daily. Generous fit so cool too . I am 5ft 4 and the trousers are a bit long so should fit most heights”

“Good quality clothes. Significant delay as one item was out of stock. I did not get any update about this until I phoned twice to chase the order However, with pandemic measures and increased demand due to the pandemic, I believe this is understandable”

“Ordered 2 scrub tops. Never received them. Disappointed. Tried changing address to 37 Carncoagh Road Ballymena. Sent 10 plus emails but nobody answered them. I work for nhs and needed these tops.”
