I was a little anxious of what my visit would be like but I had no need to be . Comfortable setting and warm welcome from the lovely receptionist . My consultation went well and Dr was informative and not pushy for me to continue with treatment 100% my own choice felt very comfortable and happy to book treatment for a future date .

I was very impressed with the centre, the staff and the consultation. Once I've managed to get my BMI down I will definitely get them done. The consultant was very thorough and explained everything to me. He is definitely an asset to the company and highly recommendable. I felt so at ease, thank you so much.

A very professional service throughout. Good communication regarding my upcoming appointment. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist and a lovely coffee whilst I awaited my appointment time. The initial scan of my legs was explained in detail prior to being carried out & a sit-down post-consultation was had to discuss his findings and the possible solutions to my issue. I felt very comfortable throughout and was not under any pressure to pursue the next step. Quite the opposite, the doctor encouraged me to take my time and research his suggestions further before moving forward. I would highly recommend the VeinCentre. A pleasant experience and extremely informative.

Soon as I rang the ladies on the switchboard,I knew I was in good hands. I explained the situation with my leg,and booked easily an ultra sound as soon as possible. The location is easy to find,with Anglea on reception,Liz(the nurse) and Dr Wells all very approachable. Dr Wells explained the problem with my leg,and the procedure that was needed(He even drew me a diagram which was fantastic),which took place 2 weeks after the initial consulation. I would recommend to anyone,these,welcoming,caring people with expert medical knowledge which gave me great reassurance and comfort at my time of need. A credit to you all at the Veincentre,and many,many thanks.

I was met by a cheerful receptionist then taken in to the consulting rooms by the nurse. Both she and the consultant were very friendly and chatty which made me feel very relaxed.

My consultation was first-class in all respects. I was made to feel very comfortable, from the staff member at reception to my nurse and consultant. My questions were answered thoroughly and I feel confident with my treatment path ahead. Many thanks.
