“Very friendly staff put me at my ease. Very attractive modern facility. Ample parking in a pleasant area. Treatment options explained well. Only problem was difficulty receiving information through the e-mail attachments.”

“I'm sure everyone has some anxiety when considering any medical procedures but the team at Cardiff were excellent. Throughly professional,reassuring and so friendly. Mr Lewis discussed all options and I'm actually looking forward to my new leg.!!!”

“Hi I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and took her offer of a nice cup of coffee .The consultant seemed very thorough and professional with my consultation taking time to explain and open to questions and similar with the nurse who was also knowledgeable and helpful Couple of very small points where you remove your clothes behind the screen it would be good to have perhaps a wall dispenser for the paper towels for cleaning off gel rather than just having them placed nearby Though the directions given on paper are good once in the business centre a sign would help in the car park”

“The patient care team has provided -and continue to provide- excellent care. Daniel Wright is such a pleasant and professional person. At Veincentre Nottingham, the receptionist as well as the doctor and nurse were very friendly and patient focused. A very good first experience. I hope my second one will be as equally satisfying”

“I have been very pleased with the service at Veincentre, Manchester. From the initial consultation to the actual treatment Dr Krishnan and his nurses, and the receptionist have been very kind, informative and helpful. I could not have asked for better treatment.”

“My consultation was everything I needed it to be. Both clinicians were sensitive, empathetic but also professional and knowledgeable practitioners. They put me at ease, made me feel secure in their care and the accompanying nurse was so lovely! She had a great rapport ..they all were . Thank you”
