“The Doctor and the Nurse were very professional and informative and I felt they gave me all the information that I needed to decide to book the treatment. Unfortunately that day on Reception the system went down so they could not book my next appointment or pay the consultation fee and percentage of the of the treatment fee. They said someone would ring me back the following day to offer me appointments for my treatment, but nobody did and had to phone back myself.”

“I arrived at the Veincentre rather nervous- but I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who answered all of my nervous questions. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and very competent. After the consultation, I booked the treatment straight away. After booking I had a couple of additional questions- which were answered within a day by the helpdesk.”

“The welcome on arrival was very friendly warm & welcoming. The assessment of my vein problems was thorough & everything was fully explained as was the proposed treatment & follow up. I thought Mr Drury & his colleague were so reassuring, helpful, friendly & professional. The rapid response from the Veincentre was exactly what I needed. Thank you all. I look forward to the procedures on 19 April.”
