“Absolutely delighted with my experience at Veincentre; the reception and consulting rooms are well presented, and staff are incredibly welcoming. Dr Vishwanath was absolutely lovely; kind, reassuring, and professional. The consultation and ultrasound took no longer than 20 minutes, I received my written report within a few days, and I’m delighted to have the all clear for my surgery this month.”

“Staff were polite and informative. I was told I would need treatment for ovarian varicose veins before the ones in my legs could be done. This would have to be done privately at the local hospital. However the consultant did not know how much this would cost and he would email me as soon as he found out. That was two weeks ago.”

As this is not done within our clinics, we don’t have these prices to hand as they are not set by us. “I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Everything was explained well and there was no pressure to go ahead. I was confident enough on leaving that I'd book the treatment. A good experience. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I called your Head Office the following day, not to be able to book as there were no advisors free. It was agreed that someone would call me back either that day or the following day - that did not happen so I had to ring back the day after to book.”

We are sorry however that you encountered issues when attempting to book in for your treatment and that nobody called you back as you expected. “From arrival at the clinic the staff were polite and welcoming. I turned up for my appointment early and it was no bother to be seen there and then. Everything was explained to me and I understand what treatment options are available. I have booked the procedure and I am just waiting for it to be carried out.”

“When I arrived there had been a mix up with the computer and they were not expecting me, in fact, they were just getting ready to go. But soon got on with the job everyone was very professional and told me all that was going to happen. Very happy with the overall experience”
