Unbelievable, consultation cost me £250 and I have been told that they don’t give guaranties that they can remove it.Spending £3000 with no guarantees this is not what I wanted to hear. I wish they advised it before on the internet so they would not rob me. Completely waste of time and money. O confidence in them.

As a company, we are up front and honest about all aspects of our service. Whilst our treatments are highly successful, and we have successfully treated thousands of patients, in medicine, you cannot 100% guarantee success and we are open about this, despite it being quite rare to experience a recurrence after treatment. It would be against our value of honesty to not be transparent, as when consenting to medical treatment, you are signing on the basis that you recognise and have been made aware of the risks, although the risks are small. We are the UK’s leading varicose vein and thread vein treatment provider, and carry out many procedures daily in our nationwide clinics. We are highly regarded, with a specialist team of consultants who have many years of experience in their field, and the procedures we perform are the gold standard, recommended by NICE. As explained, we can only treat problems that are present at the time of being scanned, our treatments are not preventative, as there is no way of preventing more varicose veins in the future. In the rare case that there is a recurrence in treated veins following treatment, we offer a free of charge repeat treatment guarantee if the follow up appointment is carried out within 12 weeks of the initial treatment. Friendly ladies on reception , had a new computer update in place causing issues but were lovely and professional and during the chaos it was causing made me a coffee and put me at ease. Radiologist and assistant were lovely and professional and informative , many thanks , great team

I was given very good advice by Doctor Wells during my appointment on 28/03/2023 -he suggested that I visit my doctor to undergo some routine tests to establish the cause of my ankle odeoma, as he concluded that the medical issue was not vein-related. Doctor Wells also checked that my veins were still oblated following a procedure that I had received from Doctor West thirteen years ago.

Felt at ease as soon as I walked in because of the receptionist. Then the lovely nurse was explaining to me as she was doing the ultrasound and pointing out what the problem areas were etc. And the Dr then was explaining in more detail what treatment I would need and why. Honestly just a really great experience and because of that I feel really comfortable and at ease in going in for my treatment in a few days time

The actual appointment went smoothly and was very informative. What I am disappointed about is the Dr informed me I would be able to continue treatment 4-6 weeks. When I called to make that appointment, I was told there were no spaces available for a 90 minute appointment. I asked if I could see someone else, they said not or transfer to another veincentre, they said not. I feel I was misinformed, I have paid £250 and have nothing to show. Had I known the timeframes I would have gone elsewhere.

With regards to appointment availability, our wait time is usually no more than a few weeks. However, as we begin to approach the summer months, our clinics do get very busy due to high demand and can get booked up quite quickly, so we apologise that there was no availability within your desired time frame at the time you called. Having had a look at our diary, we do currently have appointments in May. Please note however that we work off a live booking system therefore appointment availability can change quickly, but if you would like to go through the dates with a member of our patient advisory team please don’t hesitate to give them a call. We continually review patient demand and request additional dates from our consultants, although due to their busy NHS schedules, this is not always possible. However, we do all we can to address and improve our availability when there is demand. We will always do our best to help our patients find an appointment that suits them, so we would be keen to help you find a date that works for you. My first impression was how polite and helpful the receptionist was. The building itself was absolutely spotless. I was seen on time and the doctor and nurse couldn’t do enough to make me at ease and answer all my questions. I I’m now booked in to have the procedure done knowing I’m in good hands.

I had a great experience, the consultation helped me to understand more about the treatment for my veins, the receptionist was lovely, the nurse and the Dr. were very helpful in explaining how it all works.

Great experience at Manchester Vien Centre had Scan & Consultation for leg veins all went very smoothly Big thank you to Dr Krishnan & the Nurse specialist for their expertise. Looking forward to seeing you both for stage 2 treatment .

Booking the appointment was very easy the staff were very helpful and friendly. Email reminders and information relating to the appointment were received in advance and very useful. Very helpful and informative and talked through all steps throughout the appointment.
