“Very disappointing. They sent me the wrong blades, have not replied to any support message, and havnt replied to a phone message. Then they send me 2 requests to give them a review. Still no reply from over 2 weeks ago and havnt responded to my request for a refund. In fact, is there anybody out there at Vipa??????????????????????”

“The fitting is not correct I want to return them the system doesn't recognise my order and I have been going round in circles with your chatbot and NO agent has been allocated I have rung and emailed you not great ??? Return system us impossible!”

“Absolutely shocking customer service I received wipers with the wrong fitting even though this was not an option when I purchased them it went off my registration number plate. I have tried to contact by phone and the help desk no response other than a very frustrating automated system. Positives is they were well packaged unfortunately been 4 days now and still no response.”

“Not at all good I'm afraid. Item has supposedly been sent back by the courier, tried calling, several times, never a reply, tried emailing, no response, finally sent in a request via the chat section of the app... and was finally asked to leave a review. Would still like to have the items ordered, but as I can't talk with someone... who knows?”

“This is the third rear wiper for the car, it seem they don't last very long. Quality seems to be a low. Delivery is not quick still waiting for the part been 6 days now. Not to impressed.”
