“Got some wiper blades for my hyundai tucson put in my reg and the blades where sent but thay was the wrong ones so sent a message to them saying that they were not the same got a message saying we have the right ones now will send them out to you again but received nothing and asked about sending back but again no answer.”

“Really not happy with this company. It looks like I have received the wrong wiper blades and I'm unable to get on touch with Vipa. They are not answering their telephone and my emails are just bouncing back. I just want to know how to return them for a refund. Terrible customer service.”

“Hi vipa .for 2 days now I have been ringing you and I only get an answer machine to which I have left messages with no call back .I ordered wiper blades for my car and I received one's that do not fit my car. I really do not like writting bad reviews but when I pay for a service I expect it. But on the other hand mistakes can be made so let's see if you can rectify this and at least call me back.”

“Ordered on a sunday e ening for next day delivery...arrived 4 working days later...was dangerous driving with worn out wipers in rain and the dark. If anything would have happened Bipa would be to blame for very late delivery. Emailed them but no reply.”

“Not happy at all.. I filled in the relevant information ie reg so I would get the correct products...low and behold they don't fit ...What a surprise. Had to go to Halfords to get the correct products... Absolute waste of time and money.”

“I'm still waiting for these to be delivered so I had to buy others as there wasent a delivery time stated when I ordered these. If you would of stated it was going to be a long wait for delivery i wouldn't of ordered, I just presumed it was an English company providing the parts and they would of been here in a couple of days. PLEASE STATE DELIVERY TIMES WHEN ORDERING!!!!”

“I entered my registration and the wrong wipers came up so they don’t fit (put in a 19 plate car and 2013-2016 wipers came up as the only option). I bought them without checking (which is on me for assuming your registration plate finder worked). I then contacted live chat and registered a contact form and I’ve not heard anything since.”
